Building Concierge

Our front of house personnel goes through a rigorous recruitment process to ensure they possess the right customer service skills and interpersonal qualities that the role of a concierge requires. Our concierge staff work closely with our building managers and as a team, ensure building operations are fully covered.

Roles & Responsibility

Concierges help residents in a number of other ways to enhance the quality of their living experience. Here are some of the responsibilities undertaken by our residential concierges. 

Monitors lobby traffic and alerting residents of deliveries and arriving guests

Maintains a working relationship as the liaison between residents and building management

Receives, stores, and retrieves packages for residents and management

Maintains the access control (key log) and assists residents with apartment lock-outs

Makes reservations for residents and provides advice on local services

Greets and acknowledges residents and announced/sign in all guests and contractors

Identifies resident’s needs and assisted in the development of services to address the needs

Assists with move in and move out arrangements

Opens doors and calls the lift for residents and visitors

Acts as a security standpoint – checking doors, windows, and amenities daily and monitors CCTV
